Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking a Lider de Operaciones OL5 (Avionics 2do Turno) to supervise production resources and drive daily plans that meet safety, quality and output targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in production/operations, with strong English, project management, and Lean/Six Sigma expertise; travel up to 25% and a full-time second shift position.
