Placements24 is seeking an experienced Ingeniero Residente de Obra Civil to oversee a major construction project in Cuernavaca, Morelos. You will manage daily on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and deliver the project in accordance with plans, specifications, and budget.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, 7+ years of site supervision, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in site supervision and civil project management.
• Proven experience as Ingeniero Residente on significant construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities per plans, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Monitor costs to ensure adherence to budget and control changes.
• Maintain project records, reports, diaries, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulators on project matters.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and ensure permits/compliance.
