Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Site Resident (Residente de Obra) to oversee residential housing and urban development projects in Torreón, Coahuila. You will be the primary on-site contact, coordinating work, supervising crews, managing materials, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or related degree and at least five years of supervision experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related construction field.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience.
• Experience in residential construction and urban development.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
