The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 7+ years in construction supervision, and a proven track record on large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction supervision and site management.
• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer or Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and QC procedures.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and contracts.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs accurately.
• Proficient with construction management software is a plus.
