Zusammenfassung

AutoZone México is seeking a Property & Lease Operations Manager to supervise cost and activities related to AutoZone’s owned, leased and excess properties. You will act as the gatekeeper coordinating with RE, Maintenance, Permits, Finance, AP, Ops, and Legal to protect store operations and tenant experiences.

The role requires strong negotiation, financial acumen, and leadership to drive budgets, KPIs and compliance with local regulations, while overseeing lease payments, tax payments, and risk

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience in property management, lease administration, or real estate.
Seven+ years of experience in related roles.

Aufgaben

Manage end-to-end lease payment processes and audits.
Coordinate lease option notifications with legal to ensure continuity.
Oversee daily property operations and liaise with landlords and partners.
Develop KPIs and monitor store development cycle times.
Prepare property budgets and analyze operating expenses.
Negotiate new terms, tenure, or acquisition of sites.
Ensure tax payments and compliance with permits, insurance renewals and regulatory requirements.
Lead and develop the team to align with AutoZone's vision and crisis plans.
