Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring efficient room cleaning, public area maintenance, and linen management.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service expectations.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping attendants and supervisors.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring adequate stock and controlling costs.
• Address guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as Front Desk and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the hotel premises.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, staff performance, and inventory.
• Motivate and lead the housekeeping team to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence.
