Placements24 is seeking an Inspector de Limpieza y Calidad de Hoteles in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. You will conduct systematic inspections of guest rooms and public areas, evaluate housekeeping procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards to maintain luxury guest experiences.

With a minimum of 3 years in hotel housekeeping supervision or QA, you will provide detailed reports, feedback to staff, and collaborate with department heads to uphold top-tier cleanliness and service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping supervision or a similar role in hospitality.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures, standards and best practices.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and write clear, concise reports.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to assess cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Evaluate housekeeping procedures and identify areas for staff training and development.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Follow up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with housekeeping manager and department heads to maintain high standards.
• Maintain inventory of inspection tools and supplies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to cleaning staff and supervisors to foster improvement.
• Uphold impeccable cleanliness standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
