The role is on site in Merida, with a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time schedule. You will handle outbound calls, document management, and support for attorneys and paralegals.

The ideal candidate will have advanced English, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow SOPs and structured workflows in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound calling and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses and third parties on pre-litigation matters.
• Follow up on case documentation, including police reports and letters of representation.
• Open and manage first-party, third-party, and health insurance claims.
• Track medical records requests and medical liens.
• Support document management activities.
• Update case management dashboards and files accurately.
• Record task status and completion information.
• Adhere to SOPs and workflows.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, case managers, paralegals and team.
• Support other pre-litigation functions as needed.
