Formación

Role Objective

The Legal Assistant will be the bridge between clients and their cases — drafting critical immigration forms, supporting attorneys, and providing compassionate client communication. You’ll ensure every client feels cared for and every detail is handled with precision.

This isn’t just administrative support. It’s frontline work that helps families stay together and brings hope to people who need it most.

  • Draft immigration forms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle high volumes of client calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage and update assigned cases monthly to ensure progress and accountability.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to clients using the right tools.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through open, proactive communication.
  • Manage complaints with solutions-oriented thinking and follow-up until resolution.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions, filings, and case documents.
  • Uphold firm procedures, policies, and communication standards.
  • Go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and case success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; law degree or legal training strongly preferred.
  • English fluency (read, write, and speak at a professional level).
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in customer service, legal support, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong phone communication skills and ability to manage high call volume.
  • Track record of exceeding performance goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Reliable home office setup (high-speed internet, computer, headset, microphone, camera).
  • Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Phoenix, AZ time).
