Job DescriptionMcDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Facilitator for the US Market based in our Mexico Global Business Services Office.
This position acts as a strategic partner and advisor to our learners, business partners, and Owner/Operators. While you will facilitate best in class virtual learning programs for learners in a variety of roles, you will also act as the SME for all things training and learning.
Purpose:
You will oversee the delivery and management of virtual training classes for McOpCo and Franchisee employees within the US, ensuring that restaurant employees and leaders are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to succeed.
