Jabil is seeking a Lean Six Sigma SME I to lead and coach lean initiatives across multiple workcells, promoting continuous improvement and best practices. This role requires deep expertise in lean principles, project facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive value stream transformations.

The candidate will mentor engineers, support Kaizen events, and align Lean activities with regional and global objectives while partnering with Finance to drive measurable savings.

Formación

• Lean Six Sigma expertise across global and regional sites.
• Experience in facilitating complex projects and change initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with financial project cost savings analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Site Subject Matter Expert in global/regional lean six sigma systems.
• Coach and mentor engineers on lean principles and practices.
• Drive value stream transformation and training across workcells.
• Communicate key lean metrics to regional teams and sites.
• Support Kaizen events and Bronze/Silver certification initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance to quantify project financial impact.
