Job summary

Jabil in Mexico (Tijuana) seeks a Lean Six Sigma professional to lead process improvements across multiple workcells and deliver continuous improvement initiatives. You will coach engineers, standardize processes, and align with regional directions to sustain a Lean culture.

The role requires Bronze/Silver certification, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a track record of driving cost savings through Lean tools and training for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bronze and Silver Certified by a recognized organization (ASQ/SME/Shingo).
• Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering or related field preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean certification.
• Minimum 8 years of Lean Six Sigma experience or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects across multiple workcells.
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers within the Lean team.
• Standardize processes across the site per global/regional directions.
• Sustain Lean culture with Vision and Strategy in Value Stream Alignment.
