Intuitive Surgical in Mexicali is seeking a Production Supervisor with 3+ years in engineering or supervisory roles. You will lead Lean initiatives, collaborate with support departments, train staff, and enforce Quality and Manufacturing SOPs to improve line performance and safety.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of either supervisor or Engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing — official proof of studies required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Able to communicate skills, including written and verbal instruction.
• Ability to read, write and understand intermediate English.
• Basic knowledge or experience in Manufacturing Process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MRP, SAP and Agile.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives A3/Kaizen/GB/PM.
• Work closely with all support departments to resolve daily production issues.
• Train, develop, enforce adherence to Quality System & Manufacturing SOPs.
• Plan, supervise, and manage workload; monitor development plans (TAP).
• Plan and drive improvement and report production performance (Output/Yield/RCA/Efficiency).
• Onboard and track requirements for new employees.
• Deploy and sustain IPS Initiatives (Std work/Tiers/VSM/6S/CI).
• Motivate and provide feedback quarterly and during stand ups.
• Review and address line support issues; document and elevate problems.
• Learn and enforce safety policies; participate in QA audits and 8D.
• Revise Manufacturing Process Instructions for MPI accuracy or improvements.
• Conduct Annual Performance Reviews / One on One.
• Review and disposition discrepant material; improve material usage and corrective actions.
• Drive culture strategy and leadership expectations; action plans.
• Collaborate with corporate engineering on line transfers/improvements.
• Support CAPA implementations and QA improvements.
