Element Solutions Inc, MAES unit, is seeking a Production Manager to plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.

You will lead production teams, develop schedules, monitor metrics, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
• Familiarity with safety standards and lean manufacturing (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
• Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
• Lead and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
