The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in production supervision, and proficiency in English and SAP. Formación

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Production Supervisor.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma desirable.
• Experience with SAP/ERP in manufacturing.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements defined in the demand plan and inventory service levels.
• Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Identify deficiencies in the production area, propose improvements and oversee actions to improve production performance.
• Manage the Production Line team.
• Ensure Safety standards and initiatives are applied in the production area.
