Emerson is seeking a Perfect Execution And Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives across manufacturing operations in a multinational setting. You will drive speed, reduce complexity, and deploy annual strategic priorities while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

You will define and manage value streams, lead Kaizen events, and train staff in lean tools.

Formación

At least 8 years of related Manufacturing experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's; or 3 years with a PhD.
Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence programs, Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, root cause analysis, and cost reduction programs.
Experience with supply chain in low-volume manufacturing environments.
Experience leading new product launches and expansion programs.

Responsabilidades

Lead and implement execution tools to improve manufacturing speed and reduce complexity.
Manage strategy for establishing a Lean Culture in manufacturing operations.
Lead value stream analysis and deploy annual priorities.
Plan and coordinate cross-functional process improvement projects.
Plan and schedule KAIZEN events aligned with priorities.
Train staff in lean execution and tools.
Represent Emerson Latin America on the Operational Excellence Committee.
Establish strategy for cost-reduction programs.
Lead the 5S program and ensure plant-wide compliance.
Communicate results and report quarterly status.
