ExxonMobil in Mexico City seeks a Process Advisor to lead process excellence at Planta Vallejo. You will drive LEAN-led improvements, partner with cross‑functional teams and contribute to the VAL Masterplan execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, or related).
• 5–10 years in Operations, Manufacturing or Industrial processes.
• Strong process analysis and optimization experience in manufacturing or ops.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and LEAN methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Generating a workplan to enhance and improve operations, coordinating activities, coming up with solutions, engage with vendors and other areas such as planning, maintenance and other Process areas (blending, packaging and warehouse).
• Gain knowledge in LEAN, train other personnel.
• Implement LEAN initiatives and coordinate process changes across blending, packaging and warehouse.
