Job summary

Signify is seeking an Industrial Engineering professional to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. The role involves leading material improvement initiatives, Kanban implementation, and production planning to meet quality and safety standards.

You will drive Lean-based improvements, coach staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation, while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience with material management and Kanban.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve material flow and Kanban implementation.
• Develop production plans that meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical support during startup and production.
• Apply LEAN tools to reach target quality and efficiency.
• Coach project staff and monitor production metrics for compliance.
