Job summary

Light & Wonder seeks a Process Engineer to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings in manufacturing. You will lead Lean initiatives, problem solving, and CapEx projects across SG teams to implement sustainable improvements and process technology roadmaps.

Ideal candidates bring five years in manufacturing, 1–3 years technical experience, and strong collaboration skills. English proficiency is a plus for cross-site coordination and training documentation.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
One to three years technical experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant technical experience in problem solving and project management.
Ability to multitask and work as a team.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement projects to drive improvements to efficiency, quality, and safety.
Determine the root cause using problem solving tools and Lean principles.
Create corrective action plan including a sustainable implementation plan and a project plan with milestones and timelines.
Work with all SG teams to implement countermeasures to ensure the problem is resolved and verified.
Create training documents and/or SOPs and ensure documents are stored in the Agile system for access by all SG departments.
CapEx project management with focus on delivering cost savings/avoidance.
Improve efficiencies by collaborating with manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams to establish effective processes and procedures.
Define, Drive and Implement Process Technology Roadmaps for the advancement of manufacturing operations.
