Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Mexicali is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer PI3 to support CNC development for multi-axis systems and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing aligned with aerospace standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and robust process documentation. This role emphasizes lean methods, RCCA, and project leadership within a high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Aerospace Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with aerospace industry standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support CNC development programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines.
• Implement CNC projects; analyze and conceptualize plans.
• Support other departments and RCCA analysis.
• Create TMOs and oversee MRR work plans.
• Lead lean manufacturing and innovation projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
