Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations within the wire harness production area. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer delivery commitments are met.

You will provide leadership to production associates and promote continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with preference for wire

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered.
Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in wire harness, cable assembly, automotive, electronics, or related manufacturing preferred.
Experience managing production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in wire harness assembly operations.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Monitor production performance metrics, including productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor utilization.
Allocate manpower and resources to achieve operational goals.
Lead, coach, and develop production associates and team leaders.
