Woodside Energy in Mexico is seeking a Senior Telecoms Engineer to act as discipline lead for telecom systems deployed within International Operations. You will provide technical guidance and governance of risk and compliance for the telecoms portfolio, ensuring safety-critical hardware is managed to Woodside standards.
This role collaborates with the International Digital Field Services team and the Australia-based telecoms group to drive lifecycle management, design reviews, and effective
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years' experience in detailed engineering and design of telecom systems.
- Prefer at least 4 years in Oil & Gas industry.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the discipline lead for telecom systems across International Operations.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement of telecom systems.
- Ensure fit-for-purpose telecom delivery per Woodside standards.
- Develop select engineering deliverables and manage project scopes.
- Coordinate with Australia-based telecoms team for lifecycle management.
- Support procurement, FAT, IFAT, commissioning and handover activities.
