Woodside Energy in Mexico seeks an experienced engineering leader to guide the Trion Operations Engineering team onshore. You will manage process and metering deliverables and oversee in-country execution projects from offshore flowback to shore base activities, ensuring safe, timely delivery.

Reporting to Startup Lead and transitioning to Surface Engineering Manager, you will coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders, travel within Mexico and to Houston, and ensure readiness through

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in operations.
• Bachelor's degree in petroleum, mechanical, chemical engineering.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; Mexican nationality or permanent residency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering leadership for the local Trion Operations Engineering team.
• Coordinate and oversee process and metering activities to support Operations Readiness.
• Lead in-country readiness for flow assurance objectives with support from technical authority.
• Manage contractor coordination and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
