CommScope in Mexico City is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. You will provide direct technical support to customers and be an active part of the sales team to represent company products.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-sales support, product information, approvals, quotes, coordinating installations, resolving quality issues, and coordinating subcontractors to ensure correct installation at customer sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Electric Engineering or related field.
• 2 years minimum of experience in similar role.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Availability to work in flexible shift.
• Ability to drive vehicles- valid driver’s license.
• Availability to national travels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support of internal and external customers to provide technical assistance on assigned products.
• Be an active member of the sales team to represent the company products.
• Support pre and post sales cycle on product information, product approvals, product quotes.
• Coordinate installations and address quality issues.
• Support and coordinate subcontractors to ensure correct installation of CommScope products at customer sites.
