Bosch is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead in Guadalajara, Jalisco. You will mentor ~15 engineers, drive scalable processes, and align with US counterparts on software-defined vehicle initiatives.

The role combines hands-on leadership with architectural contributions within a hybrid in-office/remote model. Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading automotive software teams, strong English, and experience with CI/CD in embedded environments.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics, CS, Software Eng.
5+ years in automotive software development projects.
5+ years coordinating / managing automotive projects.
2+ years leading a technical team.
Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, V-model, MISRA.
Experience with Git, JIRA, Synergy or similar tools.
Excellent English communication and distributed-team experience.

Mansioni

Lead the software engineering team by hiring, evaluating performance, supporting development, and retaining talent.
Assess team competencies against current and upcoming technologies; plan ramp-up.
Improve planning, tracking, and execution: effort estimation, milestones, risk escalation, status transparency.
Guide the development framework, tool chains, and CI/CD practices; propose improvements.
Strengthen collaboration with software and project teams in the United States; align interfaces and status view.
Interface with systems engineering, V&V, quality, and PM to ensure alignment.
Participate in regional initiatives and support quotations and customer proposals.
