Job summary
Bosch México is seeking a highly skilled embedded software expert to join a cross‑functional team addressing advanced BMS, electrification, and automotive diagnostics domains. The role targets engineers with hands-on product experience and Bosch‑relevant expertise in a Mexico deployment.
Ideal candidates will have strong C/C++ development, RTOS, and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with exposure to AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of embedded software development, embedded systems, or software product support.
- Experience developing embedded software in C/C++.
- Experience with RTOS-based systems and microcontroller platforms.
- Experience with CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UART, SPI, and I2C.
- Experience with software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting products throughout their complete lifecycle, including sustainment and obsolescence management.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams.
