Job summary

Appsfactory is building its first team in Guadalajara, Mexico, as a leading German digital transformation agency. We seek dedicated Embedded Software Developers to shape high-performance embedded systems and collaborate with our global engineering network.

You will design, implement, test, and deliver embedded software, including AI-enabled UX, with a focus on production readiness, scalability, and agile teamwork in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Linux/embedded software experience.
• Strong C/C++ and system-level development skills.
• Experience with Qt/QML and UI technologies.
• Proficient in English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and delivery of embedded software, including AI-enabled UX.
• Lead development of reusable software components for embedded platforms with production readiness.
• Evaluate features through rapid prototyping and optimize performance and resource use.
• Apply expertise in embedded systems, AI, and UI frameworks to solve complex challenges.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and automotive suppliers while balancing priorities.
• Contribute to agile processes and collaborate in multinational teams.
