Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of supervision in manufacturing or production.
• Proven track record overseeing production operations and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially in precision components.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and stay detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work various shifts in Chihuahua, Chihuahua.

Aufgaben
