The role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and hands-on direction to sustain high efficiency.

Located in Mexico, the position involves coordinating weekend shifts when needed and maintaining ISO-compliant records to support site quality systems and production reporting.

Qualifications

• Oversee manufacturing and shipping processes and procedures in factory operations.
• Evaluate each station in the production process to maintain optimal efficiency.
• Enforce all safety policies on the production floor.
• Create and oversee employee training to increase production, improve safe operations, and ensure profitability.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy prior to shipment.
• Maintain communication between management and employees to ensure policies are understood and followed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee source flow of raw materials to ensure timely delivery and proper usage.
• Ensure adherence to the daily production schedule.
• Plan and direct the manufacturing function to maximize asset performance.
• Provide leadership during escalated production issues and work stoppages.
• Maintain ISO compliant manufacturing records.
• Generate daily production and performance reports.
