Job summary

Cloudsufi in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to join our AI-driven security team. The ideal candidate has 5–9 years of hands-on experience in network, cloud, and application security and a strong track record with GRC controls.

You will help shape security strategy, evaluate defenses, and guide incident response. The role requires working knowledge of security testing, cloud environments (AWS or GCP), and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with firewalls, WAFs, IDS/IPS, and threat detection.
• Proven practice in SAST/DAST, SCA, vulnerability assessment, and security testing.
• Experience securing AWS or GCP and cloud security posture management.
• Familiar with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA.
