Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Scrum Master to serve as Release Train Engineer for large-scale Agile delivery across multiple teams in a complex program.

You will coordinate PI Planning, manage risks, track metrics, and ensure blockers are removed while aligning stakeholders and product owners to keep backlogs healthy and customer satisfaction high.

Strong coaching mindset and excellent communication are essential to drive Scrum maturity and successful delivery across global teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive RTE experience managing 10+ teams with complex dependencies.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (C1+), strong written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate 17-20 teams across 250-300 people using Agile and Scrum.

We are seeking a Lead Scrum Master (RTE) to lead large-scale Agile delivery, ensuring alignment, transparency, and ongoing improvement across the organization. You will operate as the Release Train Engineer for complex programs, coordinating PI Planning, risks, metrics, and stakeholder expectations using Jira.
