EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Python Developer with AWS expertise to spearhead Treasury technology initiatives. You will lead backend engineering efforts, define scalable microservices architectures, and drive the integration of diverse data sources into unified data models.

You will collaborate with global teams, mentor engineers, own architectural decisions, and shape the technical direction of high-stakes financial applications in an Agile environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong backend experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask.
• Microservices, API gateways, and inter-service communication knowledge.
• Data integration from multiple formats into a common model.
• Shell scripting and OS-level automation expertise.
• Strong unit testing and test automation practices.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive architecture decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
