EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Python Tech Lead to guide the development team, set technical direction, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and deliver systems that meet business goals with minimal technical debt.

You will lead by example, drive process improvements, and own deliverables while collaborating with global teams across platforms and stacks. Strong Python expertise and leadership are required.

Formación

• 8+ years of software development experience with Python.
• Experience with Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Hands-on with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and testing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• English level B2.
