Baker Hughes in Mexico City is seeking a Project Management Specialist - Install Leadership to drive delivery, profitability and customer satisfaction by coordinating installation, commissioning and startup of Baker Hughes equipment at client sites.

You will lead the project team, liaise with engineering, quality and supply chain, manage financials, risks and changes, and ensure seamless project closure and transition to the operating team.

Formación

• Degree in engineering with 2+ years in project management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership and collaboration abilities
• Experience managing project financials (revenues, margins, cash)

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project team and coordinate cross-functional support
• Serve as primary contact for project stakeholders
• Ensure financial performance, on-time delivery, and quality
• Manage project risks, issues, and closure activities
• Coordinate transition to operating team per contract
• Develop execution models using lessons learned
