Baker Hughes is seeking an Integrated Solutions Associate Project Manager to support planning and execution of Multi-Services/Solutions Projects. You will work closely with the Integrated Solutions Project Manager on scheduling, execution support, and risk management at multiple well sites.

Ideal candidates will have strong project management knowledge, experience coordinating offshore/onshore operations, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; or high school diploma with 4+ years PM experience.
• At least 3 additional years in project leadership.
• 8+ years coordinating offshore or onshore operations.
• Experience coordinating programs and logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Supports all project elements of Baker Hughes products and services, contracted parties, and client interfaces.
• Assists in ensuring on-time delivery, performance improvement, and revenue growth via upsell strategies.
• Supports project compliance, financial KPIs, service delivery and HSE performance.
• Assists with all aspects of financial performance of projects (including product lines).
• Supports sales Teams to develop future opportunity pipeline.
• Manages project schedules and aligns with cross-functional teams.
