Sanmina in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico seeks an Industrial Engineer to drive efficiency through standardized work and ongoing improvements on the manufacturing floor. You will lead process improvements, develop layouts and capacity plans, and apply lean tools to minimize waste while maintaining safe, reliable production.

A BA in a related field and at least five years in manufacturing, plus experience with AutoCAD and MS Office, are preferred. Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Formación

• BA in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or process improvement engineering or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and flow control and power systems.
• Experience with Autocad
• Experience in automotive industry (a plus)
• Continuous improvement and lean tool experience.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the organization to better, faster, stronger by identifying, developing and implementing process improvements and standard work procedures in all areas of the facility.
• Industrial Engineer: Performs and evaluates work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities. Develops plant and equipment layout, capacity plans, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities. Provides product assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices. Evaluates new techniques and technological developments for inclusion in the production process.
