Sanmina Corporation Reynosa site seeks a Production Lines Supervisor to direct manufacturing activities across assigned lines, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives while maintaining staffing and training. You will prioritize production schedules, manage budgets, and collaborate with customer engineering teams on NPI projects, SMT processes, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years of engineering experience, a BS in Engineering, and proven leadership in an SMT

Job Description

Manufacturing Mgmt : Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development,and performance management of the staff. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
