Flex is seeking a Process Engineering Manager (Repairs) for Guadalajara, MX, to lead repair-focused manufacturing processes across shifts. The role reports to the Sr Director, Operations Engineering and ensures processes meet volume, quality and cost targets while driving improvements and new technology transfer.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field, advanced English, and extensive experience in PTH, BGAs/ASIC and Pads, with IPC7721/7711, IPC610 and JEDEC knowledge.

Formación

• English advanced.
• Experience in repairs: PTH, BGAs /ASIC and Pads.
• Knowledge of IPC7711/7721, IPC610 and JEDEC.
• Critial repairs experience.
• Experience supervising staff across three shifts.
• Definition of shift metrics for repair and rework areas.
• Experience in NPI and Mass Production.
• Knowledge of control and fix systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee manufacturing operations on a shift or group of production lines to reach volume, quality and cost goals.
• Define, implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Participate in daily production activities and problem solving.
• spearhead capital equipment justification, purchase and implementation for production.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Interface with production for new process implementation and transfer.
• Provide training during new technology transfer.
