Job summary

Wabtec Corporation invites ambitious graduates to join the LEAD Operations rotational development program in Mexico. This two-year program features four 6-month rotations across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS, with leadership and technical training and exposure to senior leadership.

Locations include Arteaga, Apodaca, and San Luis Potosí, with relocation lump sum provided. Graduates with a four-year degree in related fields, 2026 graduation window, and 1–2 years of experience

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a technical field related to engineering, supply chain or manufacturing.
• Graduating between June 2026 and December 2026, with a strong academic record.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the United States as needed.
• Open to applicants with US visa status.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four, 6-month rotations across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS.
• Engage in leadership and technical training and contribute to program operations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and build a professional network.
