Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo invites an experienced Head Mixologist to lead the resort's bar program, ensuring experiences reflect luxury service standards and regional flair.

You will develop your team, manage costs, collaborate with culinary and restaurant leaders, and deliver memorable beverage experiences while upholding Four Seasons values. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fine dining bars or luxury beverage operations.
• Proven mixology expertise and cocktail program leadership.
• Fluent English and Spanish preferred.
• Wine and spirits education or certifications preferred.
• Strong cost control, inventory, and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations ensuring service quality and Four Seasons standards.
• Lead and develop bartender team, coaches, and schedules.
• Collaborate with Restaurant General Manager and Culinary team on beverage initiatives.
• Maintain wine list, manage costs, and ensure profitability.
• Train staff on product knowledge, service techniques, and safety.
• Ensure sanitation, hygiene, and brand standards across bar operations.
