Job summary

KONE CDMX seeks an Installation Superintendent to lead safe, high‑quality installation within scope, schedule and budget. You will plan site activities, ensure readiness, supervise the installation team, and deliver handovers to the customer and maintenance teams.

The role requires 3+ years in a supervisory role in construction, a relevant engineering degree, and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory role in construction or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Strong leadership and customer communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of installation methods and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safety, quality and productivity during installation and handovers.
• Verify site readiness and manage installation progress and costs.
• Lead installers and subcontractors and ensure customer handovers.
• Coordinate with project managers for plans and risks.
• Maintain documentation and communication with stakeholders.
