KONE Mexico in Guadalajara is seeking a Technical Field Support Engineer to ensure smooth installation and optimal performance of our elevator and escalator solutions. You will provide expert technical assistance on digital tools, APF, software, and BIM, both remotely and on-site, and train local teams while collaborating with global groups.

You should have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and willingness to travel as needed.

• Strong technical understanding of product and service solutions including digital tools and BIM.
• Ability to train and mentor local staff and trainers during site visits.
• Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to customer requirements.
