Job summary

KONE is seeking an Installation Superintendent for CDMX to oversee safe, high‑quality installation operations within contracted scope, schedule and budget. You will lead installation activities, ensure site readiness, manage the installation team and coordinate with the customer for successful handovers.

You will also support sales and pre‑tender activities when needed, coach site teams, and maintain quality and safety standards across installations in the CDMX region.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in construction.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems in industry transport.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safety, quality and productivity during installation and handovers.
• Manage installation team and ensure readiness for customer handovers.
• Plan installation activities, site readiness, and resource needs.
• Verify site execution plans and financial forecast with project team.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and internal teams during installation.
