AMS is seeking a BI Specialist to deliver timely reporting and maintain the central data model for supported accounts. You will work with the BI Team Leader to manage stakeholder expectations and scope enhancements to the reporting suite.

The role is hybrid, requiring 1 day per week at the Monterrey office. You will design and build insights in a user-friendly format, ensuring data governance and high-quality outputs across the business.

Responsabilidades

• Data governance to ensure data integrity and security.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain high data quality and impact.
• Monitor and maximize reporting utilization across the business.
• Regularly assess and update the reporting suite for relevance.
• Communicate timelines clearly and escalate issues to the manager as needed.
• Act on CSAT feedback to improve reporting and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize a central data model and address tech debt where appropriate.
