Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Industrialization Quality Engineer to drive quality fundamentals through the industrialization lifecycle. You will bridge Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure risk-managed, compliant launches with APQP alignment.

The role emphasizes robust risk management, process validation, and cross-functional teamwork to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction across global programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Experience in Manufacturing Quality Engineering preferred.
• Experience with APQP and NPI beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of the 10 Quality Fundamentals during product/process industrialization.
• Support flawless launches through proactive quality planning and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with OL M and industrialization processes.
• Apply APQP methodologies across projects.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to achieve quality goals.
• Drive process capability improvements and manufacturing readiness.
• Maintain quality deliverables through industrialization.
• Review chemical gates and launch readiness criteria.
• Support continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence programs.
