About the role

The Quality Engineer implements and supports quality control systems to improve product reliability.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
• Monitor and report Industrial Quality KPIs at the department level; initiate actions to maintain targets by engaging in daily shopfloor meetings and escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure industrial performance aligns with Internal Quality Requirements by supporting process risk management, implementing and reviewing Quality Manufacturing Standards, conducting audits, controlling internal Cost of Non‑Quality, and driving AQP aspects in I2M processes.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement programs and participate in cross‑functional problem‑solving teams using 8D methodology to ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop quality capabilities of industrial operators by providing training in quality tools.
• Act as Lead Auditor and coordinator for ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field focused on quality management principles.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in industrial quality or engineering roles.
• Foundation level knowledge on PPAP, 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Lean Basic, and DFSS/DMQIC Yellow Belt or equivalent certification demonstrating proficiency in LEAN methodology and quality tools.
• Fluent English is required.
