Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Team Lead, Human Data Operations – Vision, Image & Video in Mexico. The role focuses on building high-quality human data for AI systems, leading AI Tutors in image/video labeling and QA, and delivering scalable outcomes.

You will own quality, guide workflows, track KPIs, and collaborate with data, engineering, and operations teams to translate model requirements into labeling strategies. Remote/hybrid options may depend on location.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Hands-on leadership experience.
• Experience with data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned human data projects, personally reviewing work for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Lead and coach a team of AI Tutors with performance reviews and development plans.
• Participate in labeling/review activities to maintain quality standards.
• Manage guideline adherence, taxonomy, QA workflows and certification standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
