EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead GenAI Engineer to architect, develop, and manage agentic AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore as part of a contact center transformation.

You will lead multi-agent workflows, craft LLM-driven conversational experiences, and connect solutions with Amazon Connect to automate customer interactions. The role requires at least 5 years in AI/ML, strong Python and AWS serverless skills, and experience guiding teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in AI/ML engineering roles.
• A proven track record leading teams for AI projects.
• Hands-on experience with Bedrock for generative AI apps.
• Experienced in prompt design, model integration, and production features.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build multi-agent workflows on Bedrock AgentCore to orchestrate complex tasks.
• Develop agentic AI systems with tool usage, memory handling, and coordination.
• Craft effective prompts and context assembly for production environments.
• Integrate agentic AI with Amazon Connect for contact center automation.
• Roll out serverless architectures using Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway.
