Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Engineer specializing in Gas Turbine Hot Gas Path Systems to engage with customers and cross-functional teams for rapid issue resolution. You will guide real-time troubleshooting, perform root cause analyses, and drive improvements across service delivery in a global context.

The role requires a mechanical/ aerospace engineering background, 3+ years in relevant fields, and travel to customer sites as needed. Relocation support is available for US postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field from an accredited college/university.
• 3+ years of experience in design, repair, testing, manufacturing, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and address hot gas path challenges to ensure safe turbine operation.
• Tackle real-time technical problems and provide thorough, timely solutions under tight deadlines.
• Interface with design, commercial, and field teams to resolve issues and drive root-cause analyses.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal interfaces to understand and address customer requirements.
