EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Python Software Engineer in Mexico to drive high-quality delivery across Python services and modern React/NextJS front ends in Scrum. You will pair with the team on AWS, PostgreSQL, FastAPI, and Infrastructure as Code, lead code reviews, and apply AI in the SDLC.

• 5+ years of hands-on Python experience with FastAPI and IaC.
• Practical AWS and PostgreSQL expertise required.
• Proficiency in ReactJS/NextJS with TypeScript and REST/JSON APIs.
• Solid knowledge of SOLID, design patterns and Agile/Scrum.
